Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Services

1.1 You may request cancellation of your subscription or service with LetMeFurnish at any time by contacting our Customer Support team via email or through the contact form on our website.

1.2 Cancellation requests should include your order details, registered email, and reason for cancellation.

1.3 Cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Refunds are considered in the following scenarios:

  • Unused Service Period: If you cancel before the end of a billing cycle and have unused service days, you will be refunded the pro-rata amount for the unused period.
  • Technical Issues: If the service fails to perform as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, you may request a refund.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days from the date the refund is approved.

3.2 Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

3.3 Please note that it may take additional time for your payment processor or bank to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

4.1 Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If cancellation is due to a change of mind.
  • If the service has been used or accessed beyond the cancellation request date.
  • If you violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraud, abusive behavior, or unauthorized use of the platform.

4.2 Any disputes regarding eligibility for refunds will be assessed at the sole discretion of LetMeFurnish, based on the documented evidence and service usage.

5. Pricing Changes and Notifications

5.1 LetMeFurnish may revise pricing for its services from time to time.

5.2 Any pricing changes will be communicated to customers in advance through email or notices on the Platform.

5.3 Such pricing changes do not automatically entitle users to a refund; eligibility will be evaluated based on the timing of the request and service usage.

6. How to Request a Refund

6.1 To initiate a refund request:

  • Include your registered email, order ID, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.

6.2 Our Customer Support team will respond with the status of your request within 3–5 business days.
